The SPEEDIO U500xd2 is tailored for India’s high mix, small lot manufacturing needs.

A compact 5 axis machining center, it features X/Y/Z travels of 500/450/380 mm and a robust tilting rotary table (ø500 mm, 100 kg capacity). Its most distinctive feature is the optional 100 tool magazine using a turret and dual tool stockers—making it an ideal choice for operations needing frequent tool changes without setup delay.

Equipped with a 12,000 min⁻¹ spindle (optionally 16,000 min⁻¹) and rapid tool to tool times around 1.3 seconds, it allows simultaneous 5 axis machining, suitable for complex components in EVs, aerospace parts, or defense applications. The CNC D00 controller ensures seamless operation through its intuitive 15″ touchscreen and quick command access.
