The SPEEDIO S series (S500bd1, S700bd1) from Brother offers India’s precision machining shops a compact yet powerful solution.

With X/Y/Z travels up to 700/450/380 mm (Z axis optional up spec), these 3 axis vertical machining centers are designed for high performance. The machines feature up to a 28 tool magazine and Brother’s latest CNC D00 control with a responsive 15″ touchscreen—ideal for streamlined production facilities and operators familiar with digital workflows.

Rapid traverse rates of 50/50/56 m/min with tool to tool times of 0.6–0.7 seconds allow fast cycle times. Optional high speed spindles (12,000 to 27,000 min⁻¹) and coolant through spindle (CTS) support drilling and milling in hard or deep hole applications. These machines reduce downtime thanks to Brother’s non stop ATC, simultaneous multi axis positioning, and optimized servo control, making them ideal for high-volume manufacturing in auto components, electronics parts, and valve production.
