Brother M200xd1/M300xd1

The SPEEDIO M series (M200xd1, M300xd1) brings 5 axis capabilities to India’s growing aerospace, automotive, and tool and die sectors.

With turning X travel of 200 or 300 mm, vertical travel (Y/Z) of 440/305 mm, and full A (–30° to 120°) and C (360°) rotary axes, these compact multitasking machines enable single chuck turning and 5 axis milling in one fixture.

Equipped with BT 30 spindles (10,000 to 16,000 min⁻¹) and 22–28 tool magazines, the M series ensures quick tool swapping and high productivity—crucial for India’s fast turnaround shops. Rapid axis speeds at 50 m/min and high speed ATC combined with Brother’s CNC D00 controller deliver efficiency gains reminiscent of its S series counterparts.

Ideal for producing complex parts—like motor housings, valve bodies, and impellers—in a single setup, reducing manual handling and cycle times. These machines fit well in Indian manufacturing lines, offering ergonomic maintenance, compact installations, and low operating costs.
