The Cincom L20 performance and operability have been greatly improved and the machine has evolved to become environmentally friendly.

The Cincom L32 series handles Ø32 mm bars (with options for Ø35 and Ø38 mm), machining lengths up to 320 mm in guide-bushing mode. It offers 7 to 9 cutting axes depending on the version and supports up to 40 tools. Both main and back spindles run at 8,000 rpm. Gang and back rotary tools reach up to 6,000 rpm.
It supports front drilling of up to Ø12 mm and tapping up to M12. Feed rates are 32 m/min on most axes, and 24 m/min on the Y2 axis. Power consumption is around 13.2 kVA with average loads at 6.9 kVA. With a machine height of ~1,050 mm and weight near 2,900 kg, the L32’s modular design includes B-axis tooling and LFV chip control. Its size and throughput make it suitable for medium parts in India’s auto, valve, and hydraulic industries.
