The SPEEDIO H550Xd1 is designed for India’s growing demand in high-productivity, medium-to-large precision machining. A horizontal compact machining center, it offers powerful cutting capability with X/Y/Z travels of 550/550/420 mm and a large 550 mm pallet capable of handling workpieces up to 200 kg. Its horizontal structure ensures superior chip evacuation and stable machining performance, especially during continuous high-load cutting.
Powered by a high-torque 10,000 min⁻¹ spindle (optional 12,000 min⁻¹) and supported by Brother’s rapid ATC mechanism, the H550Xd1 minimizes non-cutting time, making it ideal for automotive engine casings, EV drivetrain parts, hydraulic components, precision industrial machinery, and defense-grade metal parts. The optional 28-tool magazine with BT30 BIG-PLUS spindle allows efficient machining of multi-process components without multiple setups.
The CNC-D00 control system enhances productivity with a high-resolution 15″ touchscreen, fast loading programs, and process optimization tools designed for simultaneous machining and quick part transitions. The machine supports smart automation options such as pallet changers, chip conveyors, tool monitoring, and robotic loading systems—making it ready for Industry 4.0 environments.
