The BNJ51SY builds on the solid foundation of the BNJ series, adding a Y-axis to the main turret for enhanced machining flexibility.

This feature makes the BNJ51SY particularly suitable for multi-feature parts where off-center drilling, milling, or grooving is required—all in a single setup.

Ideal for automotive, aerospace, hydraulics, and instrumentation industries in India, the machine supports up to 51 mm bar diameter, making it versatile for mid-sized parts. The dual-turret, dual-spindle configuration allows simultaneous front and back machining, reducing cycle time and improving productivity.

The 12-station turrets allow a wide range of tools, including rotary tools for live operations. The Y-axis, with ±35 mm travel, brings added freedom for angular and offset cuts—reducing reliance on secondary machining processes and improving overall part accuracy.
